The company Sunčani Umag d.o.o. was founded in 2019 by the Koludrović family from Zaprešić, Croatia and the Pintarič family from Raka, Slovenia.

Both families have many experiences and positive references in the field of entrepreneurship, construction of apartments, suites and houses, but also experiences in other areas such as entrepreneurship, production, tourism, transport …

The first project of the company Sunčani Umag d.o.o.o. is the construction of a residential building ŠPINEL in UMAG.

The land for construction was purchased from private citizens of Umag, while the project was produced by an experienced design company TALUS PLANUM d.o.o. from Split.

The ŠPINEL building will have 60 modern apartments and suites with an underground garage and 3 elevators.
