The company Sunčani umag d.o.o. is implementing a project to build an apartment building with 8 apartments and 6 suites, in a prime location and a few minutes’ walk from the beach in Vodice.

In addition to modern and energy-efficient apartments, the building will be equipped with an underground garage and 13 garage spaces, as well as 8 outdoor parking spaces.

The newly built apartment building extends over 2 floors and also has an underground garage. There are parking spaces for vehicles outside the building.
