ŠPINEL project

The company Sunčani Umag d.o.o. has successfully completed the construction project of a modern, multi-apartment building in Umag with a total of 60 apartments and suites.

The building is located in an excellent location, close to the old part of the town of Umag and only about 700 m from the seashore. Nearby (about 200 m) there are schools and sports halls, LIDL and SPAR shopping centers (about 200 m), while the nearest beaches are a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

The newly built residential building spans six floors. There are parking garage spaces in the basement, and 60 apartments and suites with an area of ​​40 to 200 m2 are located on the ground floor and the remaining 4 floors.

The building consists of three expansion joints, with three separate elevators and three staircases. Most of the storage rooms are located on the ground floor of the building, while a smaller part of the storage rooms are located on all other floors.

Outside the building, there are open or covered parking spaces for vehicles. The main and vehicular entrance/exit to the building is from Poduzetnika Street, while the building’s tenants also have a secondary pedestrian entrance/exit on Kolodvorska Street.
